Recipe I made courtesy of the lovely Eat to Live book! I usually take about 1/2 - a full cup of this per serving. 

Black Bean Mango Salsa
3 cups black beans
1 mango
1 red pepper
1/4 cup corn
Dash of chili powder
3 T cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
Lime juice to taste
